This policy covers the free-starter form and the workflow fit-call form.
Information you provide
The starter form asks for your first name, work email, and optional company name. The fit form asks about your firm, team size, workflow area, operational challenge, and current tools.
How it is used
Your information is used to provide the requested resource, prepare for a requested conversation, understand whether the current offer fits, and maintain the business relationship you initiate. It is not sold.
Service providers
HubSpot processes form and scheduling information, Stripe processes payment information, and Vercel hosts the site and may process normal technical logs. Their own policies apply to their services.
Analytics choice
The site asks before loading HubSpot visit analytics. Choosing “essential only” keeps non-essential visit tracking off while leaving pages, downloads, and forms available. The choice is stored in your browser so the site can remember it. Clearing site storage shows the choice again.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete information associated with your request. Use the fit-call page to reach Rudi until a dedicated business email is published.
